Product Technologist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead product development, improvement, and testing to ensure our garments meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the research, design, and development of new products or improvements to existing ones, focusing on meeting consumer needs and market trends.
• Conduct thorough testing of products and materials to ensure they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Create and maintain product specifications, technical drawings, and documentation.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of products and processes throughout the development and manufacturing stages.
• Work closely with other departments, including engineering, design, and production, to ensure seamless product development.
• Apply technical knowledge and skills to ensure that products meet required standards and specifications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, technical aspects of garment production, and fashion industry trends.
• Experience in product development, apparel sourcing, and fashion design.
