Product Technical Support Technician
FIS is contracted with the Florida Department of Health to provide EBT services for WIC. This role is part of a team that includes three dedicated positions located in the FL WIC EBT office—one contracted position and two FIS positions. The FIS manager will serve as a mentor, while day-to-day work will be managed by FL WIC EBT managers.
About the role
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Florida Department of Health WIC EBT office. Work hours are Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to work past 5:00 PM based on business needs.
This role manages WIC vendor enrollment, compliance, and EBT operations by coordinating vendor onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing support. It analyzes transaction, inventory, and redemption data to identify compliance issues, fraud risks, and potential program abuse. The position conducts investigations, maintains critical vendor and program records, and works closely with vendors, agencies, and technology providers to resolve operational challenges. It also supports program integrity and vendor success through data analysis, reporting, supply-chain coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities

- Handling inquiries from WIC EBT recipients and WIC vendors
Requirements
