Product Support Specialist
Your Daily Role
The primary role of a Product Support Specialist/Quality Analyst is to audit all quality elements of the products produced, such as Product Grade, Package/Casing Coding, Package Weights, etc., at intervals not to exceed 30 minutes. All findings are electronically documented using the appropriate system/software.
Consults the daily production schedule to ensure accurate production. All products produced must meet stringent Federal and State Food Safety guidelines and requirements.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with computers
Qualifications
Successful candidates for this role typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and are proficient with computers. Prior quality experience is not required; we are willing to train.
Pay
Pay Rate: $18 an hour
Schedule
The standard hours are second shift (3 pm to 11 pm) or third shift (11 pm to 7 am), with occasional weekend, vacation, and overtime coverage required.
