Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
