Become a Key Player as a Product Support Coordinator BYou will help maintain inventory accuracy and support shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations so production and accounting have reliable parts and records. You will work onsite on the 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) as part of a logistics team, supporting production cells, carriers, and internal stakeholders to keep flow and quality standards met. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamMaintain and execute a cycle-counting program to validate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in the electronic systemReceive, inspect, identify, and stage incoming material and raw stock; load/unload trucks and move material to proper locationsPull parts to fill orders, prepare parts for storage, and place stock in proper locations per directionPrepare packaging, shipping paperwork (air bills, bills of lading, labels), and coordinate with carriers for dispatch and tracingUpdate systems (MRP/shop floor/electronic records) with receipts, issues, requisition edits, and quantitiesIdentify and resolve inventory and parts identification issues; mark and stencil shipments as requiredParticipate in department problem solving, lean events, and maintain 5S and clean, FOD-free work areas Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of one year of related product support, shipping/receiving, or stockroom experienceProficiency with computers and software systems; experience updating inventory/MRP or mainframe systemsAbility to perform basic math and read related forms and specificationsGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively on a teamManual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to pass a visual acuity exam (far vision, near vision, color perception) Here's What Else Might Help You OutForklift operator certificate or experience operating moving equipmentExperience operating saws or performing minor equipment repairFamiliarity with OSHA safety qualifications and shop/production floor procedures Pay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
