Product Support Coordinator

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States.

About the role

Supports B2B hotel distribution, travel-agency partner support, hotel booking operations, account coordination, data, product support, and travel technology.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned product, software, platform, CRM, implementation, technical-support, or digital-operations workflows.
• Document customer issues, product requests, test results, configuration details, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Coordinate with product, operations, customer-success, engineering, or business teams through approved remote tools.
• Troubleshoot routine issues, gather reproducible details, and escalate complex problems with clear documentation.
• Maintain knowledge records, work queues, reports, or release-support documentation relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay

Base compensation: $48,000–$72,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

All assigned duties are designed to be completed through approved online systems, phone, email, chat, shared documents, or other digital collaboration tools.
