Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner, welcoming them into our showroom and responding to telephone or online inquiries.
• Engage guests with Toyota’s brand history as well as the latest vehicles, products, and technologies.
• Showcase outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Toyota through product and vehicle presentations.
• Aid guests on test drives of vehicle(s).
• Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features.
• Ensure that each vehicle meets all pre-delivery requirements.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the guest.
• Stay current on all Toyota vehicles, products, and features by attending/reviewing product and training courses.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Customer service experience preferred.
