Product Specialist

Description & Key Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with customers as the first impression of HERO exteriors
• Stay up to date on industry product and labor knowledge
• Establish and pursue leads to accomplish weekly sales goals
• Oversee direct calendar and scheduling for initial appointments
• Review projects with customers on-site, making sure to implement effective listening skills to understand customers needs/wants
• Strive to provide the best estimates for our customers
• Create estimates and submit estimates to Sales Manager to pursue contracts with customers
• Regularly review and follow up with leads and prospects to identify how to move them to the next milestone
• Maintain highest level of communications with HERO exteriors team members
