Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise product support/analysis, including 2+ years with SAP landscapes.
- Experience with SAP BRIM (SOM, CI) and familiarity with Convergent Charging concepts.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI, and basic HANA data navigation.
- Understanding of secure payment integrations (tokenization, PCI DSS) and audit controls (PCI DSS/SOC1/SOC2).
- Proficiency with backlog management tools (Azure DevOps ADO or JIRA) and test documentation.
Preferred Skills
- SAP BRIM or S/4HANA certifications (e.g., BR235/240/245/416) highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP BTP for event-driven architecture and API management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident/change management and knowledge articles.
- Hybrid Agile delivery experience; ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Pay
This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and possibly 3 days remote.
