About the role
The Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Porsche Stevens Creek in Santa Clara, CA. This role focuses on engaging customers in the showroom, providing detailed product knowledge on Porsche vehicles, features, and technologies, and supporting them through the selection and purchase process.
Day-to-day tasks include greeting and consulting with customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, explaining performance and safety features, and answering product-related questions. The Product Specialist collaborates with the sales team to support the sales process, maintains up-to-date knowledge of the Porsche lineup, and participates in training and product updates. The role also involves maintaining a professional showroom appearance, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and consult with customers in the showroom

Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge and experience as a Product Specialist or in similar product-focused roles
- Analytical skills, including the ability to understand vehicle specifications, compare models, and interpret customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain features and build customer trust
- Customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality, welcoming, and inclusive experience
- Sales skills, including consultative selling, relationship building, and follow-up capabilities
- Familiarity with luxury or automotive brands (beneficial)
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems (beneficial)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in retail, automotive, or hospitality environments (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
