About the role
The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Idaho, dedicated to nurturing hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth through accessible programs and services. As a Product Specialist in North Idaho, you will contribute to this mission by personally implementing sorting processes for new purchased product, donated jewelry, and added value merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming donated items, pulling out added value items such as jewelry, fashion clothing, collectibles, antiques, and eCommerce items.
- Demonstrate and utilize in-depth knowledge of product needs to continue growth within eCommerce platforms and other specialty categories.
- Maintain new and/or purchased product inventory controls through efficient organization and accurate cycle counts, order fulfillments, and order receiving.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to perform well in a cross-functional, shared work environment.
Qualifications
- Must have a passion for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
- Experience with product organization and inventory management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
