Product Specialist - New Berlin, WI

Responsibilities

• Review parts requests from Sales received via Efecte.
• Use multiple ERP systems, drawings, and historical data to identify and quote spares parts for KONECRANES and legacy brand hoists & crane components.
• Proactively quote additional parts that may be needed for repairs.
• Utilize Price Estimator to establish list prices for manufactured parts.
• Interact with Purchasing Group/Vendors to obtain current pricing and delivery times for purchased parts.
• Collaborate with the local Data Integrity Team to create new IDs, update master data and pricing, and replace IDs for obsolete parts.
• Request support from internal suppliers for parts identification and pricing.
• Work with Engineering to supply solutions for obsolete parts.
• Respond to all quote requests within 48 hours.
• Prepare recommended spare parts packages for hoists and/or complete cranes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2‑year degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent experience.
• Prior overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Proficient with SAP, Siebel CRM, Efecte, and Microsoft Office.
