About the role
The Product Specialist will partner closely with the US Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and value realization across the existing customer base. They will also support pre-sales efforts for new revenue opportunities, providing technical expertise during demos, evaluations, and scoping conversations with prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales efforts for new revenue opportunities, providing technical expertise during demos, evaluations, and scoping conversations with prospective customers.
- Partner closely with the US CSM to drive product adoption and value realization across the existing customer base.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex integration, feed, and implementation issues, troubleshooting hands-on rather than just guiding at a conceptual level.
- Configure and debug account setups, data feeds, HTML-based creative implementations, and API-based integrations directly with customers.
- Deliver in-depth product training and value-focused demos to existing customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech at HQ to resolve root causes of recurring technical issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Represent US customer feedback and technical insights in product discussions with the Stockholm team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Product Specialist, Solutions Engineer, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical implementation role.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with HTML/CSS, data feeds, and API-based integrations, comfortable debugging issues independently.
- Deep knowledge of creative tech, digital marketing, or SaaS customer workflows.
- Great communication skills, confident presenting, teaching, and troubleshooting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative, self-starting mindset with the ability to work effectively across time zones with a distributed team.
- Comfortable working in a lean, cross-functional setup where you help build processes, not just follow it.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or product management role.
- Experience with SaaS products and customer success methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
