Your Purpose
As a Product Specialist, you will:
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service to each guest.
- Conduct vehicle feature and benefit presentations by assisting guests on their test drive of vehicle(s).
- Maintain strong product knowledge for all manufacturer products to support guests' questions.
- Direct guests to additional information resources by staying updated on all manufacturer changes and updates.
- Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the customer.
- Maintain consistent communication with guests after delivery to ensure their satisfaction is met.
- Travel to and from guests' residences with potential extended geographic locations.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with Sales and Service departments to ensure guests' experiences are met.
- Ensure all vehicles meet all pre-delivery requirements.
- Drive between dealerships to pick up or drop off other vehicles.
- Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Make key tags for vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
- Customer service/retail experience preferred.
- Other job-specific training/requirements may apply.
Pay
Competitive Pay: $18 per hour plus bonus
Schedule
Fully Time: Monday - Saturday; Always off Sundays
