The Role

The CIB Institutional Sales-IC6 role involves researching, analyzing, and preparing support documents and client presentation materials. Writing offering memoranda and engagement letters, analyzing companies from various perspectives, building complex financial models, performing transaction due diligence, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, and researching and analyzing industries and market data.

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive, and industry standpoint.
• Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Builds complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Performs transaction due diligence.
• Ensures compliance with all policy, legal, and federal regulations.
• Researches and analyzes industries and market data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of product development, product management, or related field experience.
• Financial Services industry experience preferred.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities, and prioritize deadlines.
• Process-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and project management skills.

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is $110,000.00 USD to $135,000.00 USD annually. Working Conditions

Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking is required. Occasional moving and lifting light equipment and/or furniture may be required, depending on location.
