About the role
The primary purpose of this position is to assist customers by registering them on the Ford app and assisting in the car buying process.
Responsibilities
- Avoid assisting customers on New and Used vehicle technology
- Register customers on the Ford App
- Assist customers on fueling and washing sold vehicles
- Assist customers on parking vehicles on the Delivery Pad
- Assist customers over the phone with questions and problems
- Organize new vehicle key storage
Requirements
- A valid state-issued driver's license is required
