Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
- Present vehicle features, warranties, and financing options clearly
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
- Track and manage sales activities to improve performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Basic computer proficiency
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
