About the role

Responsibilities
- Increases and maximizes the product order volumes and turnover of the company and management of the sales process and associated activities within a defined territory.
- Maintains a full and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Works with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyzes competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
- Establishes pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development.
- Obtains customer feedback and suggests appropriate product revisions.
- Captures customer feedback and suggests appropriate product revisions.
- Coordinates with engineering and manufacturing teams in product development activities.
- Recommends product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
- Supports marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
- Conducts product and sales trainings to marketing team.
- Provides support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities.
- Assists in new product introduction and release activities.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering, development, management and sales solutions.
- Addresses customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Works with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
- Stays up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
- Maintains complete documentations for all product related activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
