What You’ll Do
- Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and business processes.
- Apply appraisal-domain and RPA module expertise to understand the customer's business landscape and translate real-world appraisal needs into scalable product solutions.
- Translate legislation, policy, and jurisdictional rules into clear, implementable product functionality.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers; lead domain-specific conversations, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, and validate deliverables.
- Support implementation and delivery activities across projects, ensuring solutions align with appraisal practices.
- Define acceptance criteria and provide ongoing guidance to engineering and QA teams throughout development and testing.
- Assist the RPA Product Manager in managing the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and sprint planning activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product feedback loops.
- Represent Aumentum's RPA expertise at customer reviews, user group meetings, and industry conferences.
- Assist sales and delivery teams during product demonstrations, opportunity assessment and scope definition, particularly on domain-specific requirements, regulations, and deliverables.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools as a core part of daily work to streamline product workflows, sharpen analysis, and strengthen customer-facing solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent domain experience).
- Minimum 5 years in the property appraisal industry.
- Experience with industry data sources and standards — CAMA, GIS, MLS, USPAP/IAAO.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS product, delivery, or implementation teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across several concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across internal and cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Understanding of legislative and regulatory trends in property appraisal and how they translate into software requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property tax government systems.
- Familiarity with configurable platforms, rules engines, or business process-driven applications.
- Experience working directly with public-sector customers or regulated industries.
- Experience in applying AI-enabled tools.
Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
