Product Specialist

Essential Functions

• Develop working knowledge of product lines within assigned groups.
• Provide support to Product Specialists and other team members as needed.
• Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn across functions.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with Product Specialists, Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders to support issue resolution related to product and/or process initiatives.
• Aid where needed with product development initiatives and exploration of new business opportunities.

Pricing Support

• Execute pricing policies and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support the management of special pricing agreements, including RSAs, corporate incentives, and end-user programs.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools related to pricing agreements and performance.

Process & Project Support

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to pricing and product management.
• Support review of customer-driven data initiatives, both eCommerce and general data related.

Job Qualifications

• Extremely comfortable working with computers using a variety of Windows-based applications.
• Suitable knowledge of Excel and its functions to generate data analysis, data loading, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and listening skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple functions in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Office and Manufacturing Floor Position: Ability to perform sedentary work, spending extended periods of time working with a computer.
• Physical effort may include stooping, kneeling, touching, feeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
• Clarity of vision to see near and mid-range.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Pay

Hiring range: $61,000 - $76,000 annually.
