Product Specialist

About the role

As a Product Demonstration Specialist, you will be the all-around product expert, working with teams across the organization and with prospects of Curve Dental software. You’ll ensure that the product-related knowledge our clients receive is accurate, thorough, and relevant to them. You will uncover and understand common user issues and drive cross-functional teams to resolve them. Using your analytical skills, along with customer feedback, you’ll prepare presentations that will place our company and solutions in the best light.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in Curve Dental software, services, and partners
• Provide product demonstrations & position our technology against other solutions in our market
• Identify product opportunities; write up solutions, prioritize, and interface with Development team to represent what the market is looking for in our products
• Assist in the creation of educational materials such as user guides, process flow charts, training materials, etc.
• Responsible for staying on top of and analyzing market trends
• Collaborate with Development, in a team setting, on product enhancements/customer requests

Requirements

• Great skills at leading discussions and interacting with people
• Analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years’ experience in cloud‑centric dental software
• Experience in US healthcare operations

Skills

• Proficiency with products interacting in a web‑based cloud environment, preferably in the dental space
• Proficiency in MSSQL a plus
• Good working knowledge of healthcare claims/encounter data
• Solid presentation skills
• Highly motivated self‑starter with ability to do back‑to‑back presentations

Schedule

• This position may travel up to 2 times per month
