Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac is looking to add full‑time diverse and dynamic Product Specialists. Prior experience is not required, but liking people is a must. Your main focus is not to sell cars, but to help folks find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget. You’ll be a problem solver with a customer‑first attitude, working in Rochester, Minnesota, recently named #1 Most Livable Mid‑Sized City.

Pay

Salary range: $36,000 – $120,000. Starting training salary is $3,000 per month, with opportunity to earn $45,000 to $60,000 in the first year.

Schedule

Flexible hours for both day and night shifts.
