Product Specialist

About the role
Looking for a detail-oriented professional with a technical background in home appliance and electronic products. Manage and enhance service guides and content for products and functions, providing improvements. Work independently to translate complex functional and technical requirements while maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Maintain technical knowledge within home appliance and electronic products.
- Develop, prepare, and review technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation, and service manuals.
- Report and follow up on issues found during manual reviews.
- Communicate with product support teams to improve service guide and content quality.
Skills
- Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate across different groups within the company.
- Hands-on experience with home appliance products and basic analytical knowledge.
- Comfortable reviewing technical documents and uploading them to systems.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and documentation skills.
Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $30.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
