Product Specialist (Aerospace Manufacturing)
Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting and developing the market intelligence function with market research for our products.
Gathering and interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations based upon the research findings.
Looking for trends and patterns in data fields; testing hypothesis based on data sets.
Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.
Developing and maintaining key program overviews to include program potential, target applications, build rates, timelines, and regularly scheduled program reviews.
Working with Business Management group and supporting with commercial and technical proposals.
Leading customer audits and working closely to ensure all necessary departments are involved, prepared, and able to support customer requests.
Aiding in the development of marketing literature.
Tracking of divisional programs and objectives.
Cooking process and procedure improvement / implementation.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field required. No experience required. Previous experience in Market Research preferred.

Physical & Environmental Factors
While performing the duties of this job, the employee generally works indoors within the office and manufacturing areas. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate or loud. Also, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or to hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Pay Range
The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. Pay Range: $70,500 - $72,000/year
