Product Specialist Advisor

About the role

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor to join our growing team. This role works directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and services, providing price estimates for designated installations before scheduling appointments. The Product Specialist Advisor is part of the sales team and collaborates with the service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and schedule installation appointments
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers informed of work progress
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations
• Inspect vehicles to ensure proper parts are ordered
• Provide excellent overall customer service
• Ensure a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• May cross-train to perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• One year of sales experience preferred
• One year of previous RV or camping product experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Pay

The pay range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 or more, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
