About the role

The Product Support Manager within the gUP Home team translates user feedback and support data into actionable insights that shape the future of the Home portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the user journey, a passion for product quality, and the ability to engage strategically in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Master the Google Home portfolio to design and deliver support strategies that optimize the user and partner experience.
• Synthesize cross-channel feedback to identify product gaps and advocate resolutions for top user issues.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams, leveraging data-driven insights to shape product decisions.
• Oversee operational readiness for new hardware and feature launches to ensure a flawless, low-friction user experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across marketing, engineering, and product teams to align goals and manage expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies that leverage AI and AI-powered tools (e.g., Agentic AI) in a support context.
• Expertise in translating data and user feedback into actionable product improvements and recommendations.
• Pasturenly track record of launching and supporting consumer hardware, software, or subscription products.
• Passion for Smart Home Technologies.

Benefits

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $114,000 - $164,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
