Troubleshooting and Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and onboard hardware issues
- Support customers and dealers through technical problem diagnosis and resolution
- Partner with engineering teams to address product defects and escalations
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and field follow activities
- Manage incident cases and support ticket workflows
- Communicate issue status, corrective actions, and resolutions to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant engineering, technical support, or systems troubleshooting experience
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience working directly with customers, dealers, or field operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Experience
- Construction, mining, or heavy equipment technologies
- Telematics or connected equipment solutions
- Jobsite networking infrastructure
- Azure DevOps
- Product support, incident management, or NPI programs
