Product Readiness Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Readiness Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will drive the cross-functional planning and execution needed to bring new products and software releases to market successfully. You will translate strategy into actionable priorities, align stakeholders across the business, and strengthen the processes and insights that support launch readiness. The position requires a strong blend of program leadership, Go-to-Market coordination, and risk management in a complex technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $148,800 – $208,200 annually Responsibilities Translate strategic direction into actionable priorities and planning tools. Lead cross-functional Go-to-Market readiness initiatives for new products and software releases. Partner with various teams to align strategic priorities and drive execution. Analyze market and program information to identify risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain planning frameworks and performance insights for product readiness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Proven experience managing projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from planning to execution, managing risks and deliverables.
