About the Team

The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market Intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading software, data, and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loan platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions.

The Product Performance team is seeking a Product Performance Analyst to support our Product Operations team. In this role, you'll help improve the tools, processes, and analytics that enable Product Management teams throughout the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). You'll gain hands-on experience with AI, product analytics, automation, and Product Operations while working with cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Operations tools, including Aha!, Pendo, Replit, and other AI-enabled platforms.
  • Assist with AI solutions, prototypes, and workflow automations that improve Product Management efficiency and streamline the PDLC.
  • Help maintain product health dashboards, adoption metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
  • Document Product Management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Product Management workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new Product Operations tools and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Related work experience in Product Management, Product Operations or similar.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Replit, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and AI tools.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
