Position Overview
The Product Owner will be responsible for helping ensure the competitiveness of Wintrust’s international trade products and services, driving the execution of identified strategic initiatives forward. This includes responsibility for the development and implementation of new products and projects assigned, working closely with internal team members and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred but not required.
- 5+ years related work experience in banking product management.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000 - $132,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
