About the role

We are seeking a talented Member of Product, Trading to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with traders and other product teams to develop and enhance trading products and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders and product teams to understand market needs and develop new trading products.
• Work on the design and implementation of trading algorithms and models.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of trading systems and platforms.
• Perform market analysis and provide insights to inform product development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in trading, financial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
