Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, experience with client experience platforms, API and integration concepts, data flows, and enterprise architecture alignment.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for client-centric innovation.

Qualifications

Experience with digital product strategy and execution, wealth management, and client experience platforms.

Strong understanding of business architecture and technical architecture, with the ability to translate strategic business objectives into scalable technology solutions.

Ability to balance strategic investments, regulatory needs, technical debt, platform constraints, and delivery capacity in prioritization decisions.

Experience working with third-party vendors and managing complex technical initiatives.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to advocate for intuitive, seamless, and differentiated digital experiences for clients and internal users.
