About the role
Product Owner / Product Consultant for Auto Fleet Management in Plano, TX (Hybrid). W2 and C2C candidates accepted.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital product initiatives across customer-facing and internal business applications.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and product priorities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, BRDs, and functional specifications.
- Partner with Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, QA teams, Business SMEs, and senior leadership.
- Support UAT, production deployments, defect triage, and post-release monitoring.
- Define KPIs, analyze product performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong Auto Fleet Management experience.
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Miro or similar collaboration tools.
- Experience working with distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Automotive Finance experience.
- Experience supporting Digital Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and data platforms.
- Experience with AI/GenAI initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework.
- CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, CBAP, or related certifications.
