About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the product strategy and execution for a key enterprise initiative. In this hybrid role, you will champion a human-centered design approach to transform complex customer needs into clear, scalable product roadmaps. You will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and agile development teams to ensure high-impact delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with core business strategies.
• Lead independent solution discovery to clarify ambiguous project goals and define clear deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to foster transparent communication and rapid iteration.
• Apply business process analysis and Agile best practices to continuously optimize product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
• Proven track record of driving solution discovery independently within fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and convert them into detailed user stories and roadmaps.
• Local to Carmel/Indianapolis, IN area with availability to work on-site 40-60% of the time.
• Valid working visa / legal work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience using GenAI tools to streamline product management tasks.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Advanced expertise in Business Process Analysis and Agile Development Methodologies (ADM).
