Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Product Owner for a Scrum team, driving execution of the product roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize ongoing inbound project requests from multiple business owners.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in design, technology, product, and operations to define and refine business requirements.
- Lead end-to-to website launches, from requirements gathering to post-launch analysis.
- Lead product update rollouts across experiences and manage customizations required by multiple stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with department leaders, business owners, the IT organization, Customer Experience SMEs, and creative teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting, ideally in a highly regulated industry, with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility.
- At least 1 year of Agile web product owner experience, defining stories, and prioritizing backlogs with product tools such as JIRA or Rally.
- 1 year of product management experience in a B2C and/or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with agentic work management tools.
- An interest in AI and automation, and how they can be leveraged to improve productivity and the customer experience.
