About the role

Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction across multiple platforms
Conduct quarterly reviews of platform releases and develop recommendations for stakeholders and leadership
Define and track KPIs, including revenue impact, customer experience, operational efficiency, and adoption
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively engage to understand evolving business needs
Deliver executive-ready updates, insights, and roadmap presentations on a regular cadence
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and business needs into actionable product requirements
Partner closely with engineering teams, Scrum Masters, and delivery partners to ensure alignment and successful execution
Lead product demos, stakeholder reviews, and feature walkthroughs
Manage and prioritize multiple product backlogs, making clear, strategic prioritization decisions
Create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously refine product direction
Stay informed on emerging features, competitive trends, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience with ownership of complex platforms
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint execution
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, including Director and VP-level audiences
Experience working in environments where AI and automation are actively used; able to evaluate and adopt evolving tools to improve outcomes and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated initiative in researching and recommending platform features or improvements independently
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or similar platforms
