Product Owner (Banking/Finance)
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support a strategic Statements & Notices implementation within a financial services environment. The Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project leadership, technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure the successful delivery of customer and regulatory communication solutions.
About the Role
This role requires a hands-on Product Owner who can quickly assess business needs, lead requirements gathering efforts, manage Agile backlogs, and drive stakeholder alignment across a complex implementation program. Candidates with financial services experience and Fiserv DNA expertise are highly preferred.

- Fiserv DNA & Conversion Experience
- Experience supporting Fiserv implementations, conversions, or platform migrations.
- Knowledge of the Fiserv DNA Core Banking Platform strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and internal delivery teams during large-scale technology transformations.
Responsibilities
- Requirements & Discovery
- Lead business requirements workshops with stakeholders to document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Define and document operational, business, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure business objectives are translated into actionable delivery requirements.
- Product Ownership & Backlog Governance
- Create, maintain, prioritize, and manage the project backlog.
- Develop detailed epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization sessions.
- Align work items with business objectives and implementation milestones.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary business representative across business, technology, project leadership, and vendor teams.
- Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate priorities, dependencies, risks, and key decisions effectively.
- Project Delivery Support
- Partner with project leadership to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.
- Support sprint planning, release planning, and implementation efforts.
- Assist with issue resolution and project decision-making.
Schedule
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. The position is anticipated to close on Aug 17, 2026.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
