Responsibilities
- Owns the executable Salesforce backlog and manages delivery scope across CRM, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
- Translates approved business priorities into buildable, testable, supportable platform work.
- Works within a product operating model where the Product Owner owns the problem end-to-end, from discovery through delivery.
- Facilitates, writes clear requirements, and makes disciplined tradeoff decisions across priority, capacity, risk, and dependencies.
- Coordinates with admins, developers, architects, QA, release, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and analytics resources.
- Tracks dependencies across Data, Integration, Security, Risk, and Compliance.
- Coordinates UAT, authoring acceptance/test scenarios.
- Delivers audit and remediation findings through the backlog, sequences the work, and drives it to done (Manager owns closure accountability).
- Defines and tracks outcome-level success metrics for delivered work.
- Ensures release readiness, prepares release notes, and coordinates business sign-offs.
- Escalates unclear requirements, scope conflicts, and delivery risks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent on a Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and common business use cases (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud / FSC, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements and manage a backlog.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- PREFERRED: Salesforce Administrator certification.
- PREFERRED: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification (the PO owns the BA function as a permanent baseline).
- PREFERRED: Agile/Scrum certification (CSPO or equivalent).
- PREFERRED: Experience with backlog tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps).

Competitive compensation with a salary range of $77,900/yr - $ 153,000 /yr plus bonus.
