- Transform requirements into an actionable Jira backlog; support grooming and ensure backlog items remain current and delivery-oriented
- Serve as a liaison across stakeholders (product, engineering, operations, and other partners), facilitating discussions and building alignment on scope, priorities, and tradeoffs
- Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and changes clearly, helping teams resolve conflicts and maintain momentum
- Work within an Agile development framework and actively participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, standups as needed)
- Support prioritization and maintain high-quality requirements entering the sprint
- Collaborate with engineers and product partners to translate business requirements into functional specifications, with attention to on-chain/off-chain integrations and compliance controls where applicable
- Support validation and acceptance testing by defining scenarios, reviewing outcomes against requirements, and helping collect audit-ready evidence when required
- Gather feedback from end users and stakeholders, evaluate solution performance against expected outcomes/KPIs and non-functional needs, and recommend iterative enhancements
