Product Owner 2

Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to support the delivery of customer-facing digital products and subscription management solutions. This role will work closely with engineering, UX, business stakeholders, and integration teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and help drive product initiatives from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of digital product features related to subscription management, billing, renewals, upgrades, and customer workflows
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in an Agile environment
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, business, and integration teams to deliver high-quality releases
• Map customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve user experience and adoption
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and business priorities to guide product decisions
• Support pilot programs, product launches, and phased feature rollouts
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with customer and business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience
• Experience writing user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate user needs into product solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital products, SaaS platforms, eCommerce solutions, or subscription-based services
• Experience with customer journey mapping, workflow design, or UX collaboration
• Familiarity with asset management, equipment management, fleet management, or related industries
• Experience working with product analytics and customer feedback data to drive improvements
