Product & Operations Technician

About the role

The Product & Operations Technician supports day-to-day product operations by monitoring equipment performance, performing routine checks, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of systems used to capture retail data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment performance
• Perform routine checks on equipment
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of systems capturing retail data
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to report operational status
• Ensure devices and tools remain reliable for real-time insights
• Document procedures and follow safety guidelines
• Collaborate with operations staff to maintain smooth, efficient workflows
• Help implement process improvements
• Support field activities as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection for Stoc’s retail technology solutions

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
• Solid understanding of electricity and basic electrical systems
• Analytical skills to interpret operational data and support continuous process improvement
• Clear communication skills to document work, report findings, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
• Relevant experience in technical operations, field service, or equipment support in a retail or technology environment
• Ability to follow safety protocols, work on-site in Sandy Springs, GA, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with basic diagnostic tools, inventory or asset management systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets)
• A technical diploma, certification, or equivalent practical experience in electronics, mechanical systems, or a related field

Pay

$25 - $30 per hour
