Responsibilities

• Product Migration & Landing Execution: Work closely with Product Managers to deliver the end-to-end landing and migration of corporate systems. Develop detailed operational playbooks, rollout timelines, and change management strategies to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
• Compliance Operations & Localization: Translate complex legal, regulatory, and data isolation mandates into standardized operational workflows. Monitor system compliance on the ground and feedback operational gaps to the PM and Engineering teams for continuous product iteration.
• Cross-Functional Liaison & Alignment: Serve as a vital bridge between global corporate info-sys teams, Tiktok JV, and R&D. Align diverse stakeholders to ensure global systems are successfully localized and adopted.
• Voice of the User (VoU) & Feedback Loop: Act as the primary advocate for Tiktok JV internal users. Establish feedback loops, analyze user pain points and system performance data, and drive product improvements in direct collaboration with the PM team.
• Process Optimization & Training: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs to scale system adoption. Drive digital transformation by promoting self-service tools and data-driven operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in UX Design, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or IT Project Management, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or complex corporate systems.
• Migration & Rollout Track Record: Proven experience in supporting large-scale system migrations, product launches, or enterprise-wide digital transformations from an operational standpoint.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (PM, R&D, Legal, Compliance) and manage expectations in ambiguous situations.
• Ownership & Resilience: A strong "0→1" mindset with high stress resistance. Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and driving results independently.

Job Information

• Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,000 - $202,667 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
• Benefits: Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
