About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Operations & Solutions, the Product Operations Specialist will help strengthen operational consistency, visibility, and execution across the product organization. This role works closely with Product Managers, Engineering, customers, Customer Success, Training, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support product planning, delivery, process management, change initiatives, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain product processes and tools
  • Coordinate and track product delivery timelines, dependencies, and key milestones throughout every stage of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and operationalize enhancement requests and evolving product needs
  • Reinforce product development best practices, including definitions of done, squad ceremonies, retrospectives, and team workflows
  • Plan and coordinate the rollout of new product processes, tools, and workflow changes across Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve overall team effectiveness
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to maintain alignment across initiatives
  • Help oversee and optimize PDLC processes from initial intake and discovery through release and post-launch evaluation

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of operational experience working with software products or services, including meaningful experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business or Data Analysis, or Product Management support roles
  • Fluency with product management tools, particularly Jira or comparable issue and project tracking software
  • Direct experience working in Agile and Scrum software development environments, including squad ceremonies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI or visualization tools and spreadsheets to extract insights and support decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings or recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects, lead without formal authority, and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, collaborative environment
  • Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives, such as tool rollouts, process changes, or organizational transitions, is a plus
  • Self-directed working style with the ability to operate comfortably in a fast-moving, remote, collaborative environment
