About Glimpse

Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands — automating critical back‑office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, the company has grown from 0 to 200+ customers and raised $52 M from investors including a16z, 8VC and Y Combinator. Glimpse’s AI agents retrieve deduction data, validate charges, automate cash application, and dispute invalid claims — work that would take a full‑time employee years to complete. For a $1 B CPG brand, a single Glimpse agent reviewed 17,000 deductions in under 24 hours, identifying over $10 M in recoverable revenue.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to own how well our product actually recovers money for customers — and to make sure everything we learn from that work flows back into a better product. This role sits at the seam between customers, operations, and product and engineering teams, turning messy operational reality into clean signal that directly shapes an AI product redefining the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own recovery tracking and outcomes. Monitor the full deduction‑to‑recovery pipeline across accounts — shortage and other deduction types — and keep a close eye on metrics such as recovery rate, dispute win rate, deductions as a percentage of revenue, time to resolution, and revenue at risk.
  • Turn data into insight. Analyze recovery and deduction data to uncover patterns, identify underperforming retailers, deduction reasons, or claim types, and surface the biggest recovery opportunities.
  • Close the loop back to product. Identify gaps in how agents classify deductions, match backup documentation, and queue disputes, then translate those gaps into prioritized, well‑scoped product requirements and partner with product and engineering to validate improvements.
  • Sharpen the operational playbook. Standardize and document recovery workflows, exception handling, and quality checks; spot manual, repetitive steps that should be automated.
  • Be a trusted partner to enterprise customers and internal teams. Explain recovery performance to large CPG brands, answer “why did this happen,” set expectations with senior stakeholders, and bring operational reality into planning conversations with product, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product operations, revenue operations, strategy/consulting, analytics, program management, or a comparable data‑heavy operational role.
  • Strong data skills; comfortable pulling, cleaning, and analyzing data yourself (SQL and/or advanced spreadsheets required; BI tools a plus).
  • Proven ability to find the “why” behind numbers and turn it into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex recovery stories for customers and be precise for engineers.
  • Highly organized and self‑directed; thrives in an early, fast‑moving environment where processes often don’t exist yet.
  • Comfortable working across customers, operations, product, and engineering, translating fluently between them.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CPG, retail, supply chain, deductions/chargebacks, accounts receivable, or fintech/revenue recovery.
  • Familiarity with deduction and dispute workflows — backup documentation (bill of lading, proof of delivery, packing slips), dispute windows, and write‑offs.
  • Exposure to AI/ML products or human‑in‑the‑loop operations.
  • Early operational hire experience building a function from scratch.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with meaningful equity.
  • In‑person team in NYC – high ownership, fast feedback loops.
  • Direct impact on a company growing at an exceptional pace.
  • Front‑row seat to building the operating system for CPG brands.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $115K – $150K
