About the role
You’ll help build the operational backbone that lets a growing digital product organization scale with clarity and consistency. This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

- Improve shared workflows, taxonomy, and operating rhythms to reduce variability and manual coordination across teams
- Administer and evolve portfolio tools (e.g., Airtable), including metadata standards, reporting views, data quality, and automation opportunities
- Convert distributed knowledge into organized, reusable documentation, onboarding materials, and playbooks
- Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working through training, documentation, and feedback loops
- Own day-to-day tooling administration, including access workflows, governance, and onboarding guide upkeep
Requirements

- Skilled at structuring ambiguous, complex inputs into clear, usable systems — backlogs, documentation, and taxonomy
- Understanding of data structures, taxonomy, and metadata standards, with comfort designing systems that support reporting and analytics
- Familiarity with Airtable or similar data/analytics tools; if you haven’t used Airtable specifically, willingness to quickly become a power user is welcome
- Strong documentation, synthesis, and knowledge-structuring skills
Qualifications
Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing opportunities for learning and development.
