Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Product Transformation to enhance product management and client-centric practices
- Own and evolve an end-to-end operating model for cohesive product development
- Translate transformation strategy into operational rituals and governance to drive accountability
- Establish shared standards and guidelines to ensure consistent product team operations
- Define and lead planning cadences and governance structures to clarify decision rights and escalation paths
- Drive adoption of new operational methods through structured change management and stakeholder engagement
- Build communities of practice for consistent learning and sharing of knowledge
- Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the operating model
Qualifications
- 20+ years in financial services or regulated environments, with expertise in asset servicing or asset management
- Proven experience in establishing or scaling transformation initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong influence skills to engage with senior stakeholders across various functions without direct authority
- Expertise in change management and adoption strategies
- In-depth knowledge of modern product management practices and frameworks
