About the RoleWynne Systems is looking for a product marketing ninja, focused on driving New Logo and Add-On revenue growth for your assigned ERP product suite and associated add-on products. The Product Marketing Specialist’s mission is to drive qualified demand with new and existing customers through earned digital media and rich sales enablement. You will play a critical role in increasing sales and demolishing the competition by executing an omnichannel advertising strategy for your assigned product suite. ResponsibilitiesSupport the product GTM strategies and coordinate efforts across various marketing disciplines, including digital, social media, brand, market research, etc.Mapping out the buyer’s journey, including delivery of relevant and timely content that showcases our value propositions.Understanding customers' needs and behaviors, and pursuing additional growth campaigns and experiments.Creating product-specific positioning, messaging, and sales enablement focused on providing value through thought leadership, exploiting customer pain points, and demonstrating specific customer outcomes/benefits.Laser-focusing on strengthening the sales enablement library with high-value content, such as videos, testimonials, eBooks, white papers, etc.Training both sales and customer support teams on the product’s features.Conducting and interpreting market data to apply relevant findings to the development process.Measure, track, and analyze marketing performance to evolve our storytelling-specific SMART goals, numbers, and expected outcomes.Impacting aspects such as product features, user experience, naming, and packaging, future product iterations, and strategic initiatives.Implementing and analyzing the customer testimonial program and responses.Communicating with key stakeholders throughout the campaign process for cross-departmental alignment.Identifying target prospect accounts to support account-based marketing efforts. Qualifications5+ years of experience and knowledge of marketing, messaging, and search engine optimization tactics (B2B and software industries experience a plus)An absolute AI ninja. You must blow our minds.Understanding of the GTM processDecision-making skillsOrganizational skillsExcellent communication skills - both written and oralExperience with Account-Based Marketing desiredKnowledge of Google Analytics, CRM (we use Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (we use HubSpot)Healthcare, Rental, or Construction industry experience is preferred Required SkillsEnergetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude and sense of humor.Thrives in an agile environment and manages shifting deadlines well.Strong people skills and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.Organizational skills.Adaptable and flexible. Work Environment: Ability to travel up to 20%. The position is remote. The hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 per year plus eligibility for company bonus programs.Placement within the range will be based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
