Product Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team's presence at trade shows and industry events (DCW, OCP, GTC, and similar): logistics, booth setup, materials, demos, and follow-up.
• Manage event materials, giveaways, and vendor coordination.
• Support pre-event and post-event marketing activity.
• Create and update product collateral, presentations, and datasheets.
• Keep field-facing materials current and on-brand.
• Support marketing campaigns and content production.
• Affiliate with the Product Marketing Manager on launch and campaign execution.

Sales Support Materials

• Create and update sales support materials and maintain the sales toolkit.

Marketing Production

• Produce showroom, executive, and customer-facing materials.

Market Research

• Track competitors and maintain competitive battlecards.
• Collect customer feedback and organize market research findings.
• Prepare reports and marketing performance dashboards.

Asset Management

• Maintain product libraries, SharePoint sites, and marketing repositories.
• Ensure product information is current and consistent across all channels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (early-career).
• Experience coordinating events and producing marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); design tools (for example Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $850,000.00 /Yr.
