Medallia is seeking a strategic, high-ownership Senior Product Marketing Manager to help lead our go-to-market efforts. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — shaping how we bring powerful AI-powered experience capabilities to market and communicate their value to customers, prospects, and partners. You'll be the person who takes a wide-open problem, builds the plan, and drives it to successful completion — with minimal direction needed. Along with peers on the product marketing team, you'll be responsible for messaging, launches, sales enablement, and content across the platform, with the specific focus areas evolving as the business does. This role is built for someone who's just as comfortable zooming out to see how the pieces fit together as they are getting into the details when it counts.
