Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product marketing initiatives across the Real Assets platform, including go-to-market efforts, messaging development, and positioning across global private wealth
- Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality, brand-consistent marketing materials, including product presentations, factsheets, brochures, emails, and digital assets
- Manage ongoing updates (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc) of performance, portfolio, and product materials across marketing channels, portals, and partner platforms
- Translate complex portfolio, performance, and market data into clear, advisor-friendly messaging
- Project manage across marketing, product strategy, portfolio specialists, accounting, and sales teams to deliver accurate and timely materials
- Partner closely with legal, compliance, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and regulatory adherence
- Develop and maintain case studies and content to support investment strategy storytelling across Real Assets
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence across the alternatives landscape to inform messaging and deepen product knowledge
- Support broader wealth marketing initiatives, including new product launches, market expansion efforts, and campaign development
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance processes, and drive greater efficiency across the product marketing function
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience, preferably in alternatives, asset management, or wealth management (financial services experience strongly preferred)
- Experience in real assets (real estate, infrastructure, or private markets) preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skillset with the ability to interpret and synthesize financial and portfolio data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a financial advisor audience
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality
- Intellectual curiosity and a collaborative mindset
- Self-starter with the ability to execute independently while contributing to broader team initiatives
Compensation
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $100,000 to $115,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualifications. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance.
